Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

48+ hours’ notice: deposit transferred
Less than 48 hours: deposit forfeited
Missed appointments, same-day cancellations or arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment: chargeable up to 100% of appointment value

The usual deposit fee will be 30% of the full treatment cost.

Package Policy

Treatment courses and packages are valid for 12 months from purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Prescription-only treatments are subject to medical assessment and prescribing approval. Suitability cannot be guaranteed prior to consultation.
