DAISY AESTHETICS-TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Daisy Aesthetics we are committed to delivering a medically led experience in a professional and welcoming environment. By booking an appointment or undergoing treatment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Consultations

All patients are required to complete an Aesthetic Treatment History and Medical History form prior to their initial consultation.

Your medical history will be updated each time you are due to receive treatment.

  • As part of our commitment to safety and clinical excellence:
  • suitability for treatment is assessed individually,
  • certain treatments may require a prescribing consultation,
  • we reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or aligned with our professional standards.

Consultations are provided to assess suitability and discuss treatment options; they do not guarantee treatment.

2. Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information, including:

  • current medications,
  • allergies,
  • previous aesthetic procedures,
  • pregnancy or breastfeeding status,
  • any relevant medical conditions.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may compromise treatment safety and outcomes.

3. Treatment Outcomes

All aesthetic procedures involve individual variability and results cannot be guaranteed.

While every treatment is performed with the utmost care, clients acknowledge that:

  • results may vary,
  • longevity differs between individuals,
  • multiple sessions may be required,
  • all medical aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects

A detailed consent process will take place prior to treatment and aftercare instructions will be provided.

4. Deposits & Payments

To secure your appointment, a booking deposit may be required.

  • Deposits are redeemable against treatment unless forfeited under the cancellation policy.
  • Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
  • Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice.

We accept payment via card/bank transfer/contactless/cash.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

As appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, the following policy applies:

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: deposit transferred to a future appointment
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit forfeited
  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: up to 100% of the appointment fee may be charged

The deposit taken is usually 30% of the full treatment fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring full prepayment.

We appreciate your understanding and courtesy toward our practitioners and other patients awaiting appointments.

6. Late Arrivals

We kindly ask clients to arrive promptly for appointments.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in:

  • reduced treatment time,
  • rescheduling,
  • or forfeiture of up to 100% of the appointment fee, where the appointment can no longer be accommodated safely or effectively.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and prescription products:

  • all treatments are non-refundable once performed,
  • injectable products cannot be returned or refunded,
  • and dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not constitute grounds for a refund.

If you have concerns regarding your treatment outcome, we encourage you to contact the clinic promptly so we may review and advise appropriately.

Unused retail products may be eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.

8. Review Appointments

Where applicable, review appointments should be attended within the timeframe advised by your practitioner.

Any complementary adjustments are offered solely at practitioner discretion and only where clinically appropriate. If this appointment is missed, a £30 appointment fee may be applied.

9. Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for:

  • medical records,
  • treatment assessment,
  • and insurance documentation.

No images will be used for marketing, website, or social media purposes without your separate written consent.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us.

All personal information is stored securely and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.

11. Children & Guests

To preserve a calm and safe clinical environment, we kindly request that children and additional guests do not attend appointments unless agreed in advance.

12. Respectful Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both patients and staff.
Aggressive, abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of treatment and termination of future bookings.

13. Right to Refuse Treatment

Daisy Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where:

  • treatment is deemed medically unsuitable,
  • expectations are unrealistic,
  • consent cannot be adequately obtained,
  • or client behaviour compromises staff wellbeing or clinical standards.
